Self Collection

You’re welcome to collect your purchase in person at our store: Far East Shopping Centre, 545 Orchard Road, #B1-11/12, Singapore 238882. We’ll message you on WhatsApp once your order is ready for collection.

Local Delivery (Singapore)

Orders are carefully packed and sent with major couriers at our corporate rates. We’ll confirm an estimated delivery date with you on WhatsApp once your order is placed.

International Shipping

We ship internationally with major couriers at our corporate rates; message us on WhatsApp before you order so we can confirm shipping availability, cost, and an estimated delivery time for your location.

As the recipient, you’re responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your destination country. These are not included in our shipping cost and are non refundable if a shipment is refused or delayed at customs.

Packaging

Every piece is shipped in discreet, protective packaging, with its original dust bag, box and protective wrapping where available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you the tracking details on WhatsApp.

Delays

While we do our best to meet the timeframes we quote you, delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, customs processing on international orders, or public holidays.
