Authenticity

Is everything at TROVE by SGD authentic?
Yes. Every piece is authenticated in house by our own specialists before it is listed or accepted into our collection, and every sale is backed by our Authenticity Guarantee. If you’d like more detail on how a specific piece was authenticated, message us on WhatsApp and we’re happy to walk you through it.

Do you offer an authenticity guarantee?
Yes. If any piece you buy from us is ever proven not authentic, we will refund the full purchase price. Claims are made within 12 months of purchase and need a report from an independent, recognised authentication service. See the full terms in our Authenticity Guarantee.

Buying and Sourcing

Do you only sell one brand?
We focus on structured leather handbags and accessories from a small number of top luxury houses, along with a curated range of accessories. If you don’t see what you’re after, ask us, since we may be able to source it.

Can you source a specific bag or accessory for me?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with what you’re looking for and we’ll let you know what’s realistic and roughly how long it will take.

Is your stock brand new or preloved?
Both. Most of our stock is brand new and unworn, and every listing is tagged Brand New or Preloved so you always know the condition before you buy.

Do you offer a buy back?
We do, subject to viewing the piece in person; not every item qualifies. Send us photos on WhatsApp and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can take back, and what we’d offer.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayNow and major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout.

Can I pay in USD or another currency?
You can view prices in SGD, USD or AED using the currency switcher in the menu, but all payments are processed and settled in Singapore Dollars (SGD) regardless of the currency displayed.

Is there a limit on how much I can pay by card online?
For larger pieces, checkout is by enquiry rather than direct card payment; message us on WhatsApp and we’ll arrange payment with you directly.

Do you have a physical store?
Yes, at Far East Shopping Centre, 545 Orchard Road, #B1-11/12, Singapore 238882.

What are your opening hours?
Noon to 7pm daily, closed Wednesdays and Sundays. These are also listed on our Google Business Profile in case anything changes.

I’m not in Singapore, can I still buy from you?
Yes, we welcome enquiries from overseas and can discuss shipping options with you on WhatsApp; see our Shipping Policy for details.
