Ready to part with a piece? We offer two ways to sell with TROVE: consignment, where we list and sell it on your behalf, or a buy back, where we purchase it from you outright. Both start the same way — on WhatsApp.

How It Works
1. Send us photos on WhatsApp.
Include the brand, model, and any honest notes on condition, along with clear photos of the exterior, interior, hardware, and any wear. Let us know if you have the original receipt, box, dust bag, or other accessories.
2. We take a look.
We’ll let you know if it’s something we can take on, and whether consignment or a buy back makes more sense for that piece — not every item qualifies for a buy back.
3. In-person authentication.
Higher value pieces are authenticated in house by our own team before we confirm anything. We’ll arrange a time for you to bring it in to our store, or discuss options if you’re not in Singapore.
4. We confirm the details with you.
Commission, offer price, and payout timeline are confirmed with you individually before we accept the item — every piece is different, so we don’t quote a flat rate upfront. You’ll know exactly what to expect before anything changes hands.
5. Listed, sold, paid.
Once agreed, we’ll photograph and list your piece (for consignment) or complete payment (for a buy back). See our Terms of Service for the formal terms.
What We Accept
Our main focus is on structured leather handbags and accessories from the top luxury houses. If you’re not sure whether your piece fits, send us photos and we’ll tell you honestly.
